After a tough training session, you might not want to have to think too hard about what to throw together for a recovery snack. This basic chocolate strawberry-banana smoothie contains common ingredients and can be whipped together in minutes! Not to mention it’s high in protein and carbs which are immediately essential for post-workout recovery!

 

INGREDIENTS

· 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, 0% fat

· 1 cup of 1% chocolate milk

· 1 banana

· 1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries

COOKING METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.
