Employee of the Month

Sam Bochke is the newest addition to the team here at HIP, he has been practicing massage therapy since 2020. Sam's experience has been with a wide variety of clientele, including high performance athletes utilizing recovery based treatments.

Sam has a medium to deep pressure that gets into the sore areas effectively for treatment of many different injuries and imbalances. His main focus is in motor vehicle accident recovery and relief, sports massage, pre/post chiropractic/physio, as well as TMJ work and lymphatic drainage. He uses a combination of trigger point therapy, fascial work, joint mobilization, and active release therapy--and believe us, he is exceptional and his most recent clients cannot help but rave!

During your treatment Sam will always try to teach you about what he is doing while ensuring your comfortability--sprinkled with charm and humor. Sam expressed that his main goal as an RMT  is to help the people who walk into his treatment room feel comfortable, and that there is hope and a plan for recovery.

Sam has been on the  sports scene all his life and has performed and worked on many different teams--including our national soccer team as a youth. Outside of the clinic music is a big passion of his and you will often find him at local shows and making custom playlists for his clients to enjoy while on the table. Outside of the music scene, Sam has a loves discovering hidden gem restaurants in Edmonton,  trying new and interesting foods and--fun fact, he was once a chef!

Sam will be working Monday to Friday, daytime and evening hours, on an alternating week basis, and Tuesday's through Saturdays on the opposite weeks. Best news of all, lucky YOU could win a massage with him when you participate in our Santa's Anonymous Giveaway! Stay tuned to our social media to learn how to enter!

Please join us in welcoming Sam to the team and remember to call the office to book in before those those NYE benefit resets chime!
